We had a phenomenal trip. The weather was great (only one really rainy day at Waterville) and the people we met were wonderful. All arrangements went without a problem and the golf was very enjoyable. I have traveled quite a bit and played many courses, but Old Head is easily in the top two I have ever played.

Thanks for all your help and we hope to travel to Ireland again, sooner rather than later.

Hi John,

We are home safely. The entire trip went off without a hitch. Everything was perfect! Golf courses,
hotels, transportation. I have to tell you that Mike (our bus driver) was phenomenal. He kept us on-
schedule and was extremely knowledgeable (and passionate) about Ireland!

I would be happy to act as a reference if you would like.

Thanks again!

Hi John,

We are home safe and sound with many great memories, and only a minor amount of jet lag remaining. The trip did indeed go very smoothly; the arrangements were all fulfilled without question.
Quite a relief when you're so far from home!! and we are so grateful to have found a professional, caring tour operator in you and Eire Golf. We will heartily recommend you to any of our friends traveling to Ireland and/or Scotland.

Take good care,

Good morning, Mr. Snelling,

We are just back from our trip to Machrihanish and the Ayrshire coast. Everything went according to plan. Machrihanish Old is an excellent course in excellent condition. Mach Dunes is still new and has promise, but the greens were not good at all. The people there were very helpful.

Dundonald, Western Gailes and Troon were in excellent shape and fun to play. Dundonald was particularly enjoyable. We were rained out at Prestwick but the course looked in excellent condition.

The lodging and food were exceptional at both the Ugadale cottages and the Piersland. The staff at both places were very friendly and helpful. We couldn't have been better cared for than the way they catered to our needs.

The vehicle you hired for us was also excellent and the Arnold Clark company was very easy to deal with and helpful.

All in all a very successful trip and all thanks to you for your fine work.

John:  The Scotland 2011 Tour could not have gone much better. Accomodations were excellent. The GOLF was great.  Thanks for pointing us to Castle Stewart.  What a wonderful track!  With Royal Dornoch and Castle Stewart only an hour apart, it makes even greater sense to have a golf holiday in that area.  Thank you, John, as always, for your thoughtful, efficient and professional service.  We’ll be in touch again, I’m sure, once the next tour comes into focus.

Good golfing…and enjoy the summer.

Everything has been spectacular. John Daly the bus driver has made the trip better than we could
have imagined. Everyone in the group were saying Waterville would be amongst their favorite and
we would certainly play it again as a top choice.

Everyone is looking forward to the rest of the courses and experiences. We appreciate all the efforts
that went into the planning on your part.

Talk to you soon...

I apologize for not sending a note sooner but have been on the road since getting back
from Ireland. I just want to start by saying that we had certain expectations for this as a once in a
lifetime trip and speaking for the group of 8, I feel it is safe to say that it was above and beyond our
expectations. We had a great time with everything. The people in the hotels, towns, pubs, pubs,
pubs, golf courses, shops, everyone was more than hospitable. You were correct the driver can make
or break the trip and John Daly was perfect, attentive, informative, helpful, engaging, he was a huge
part of the success of our journey.

We have already begun to talk about a 2012 or 2013 trip to Northern Ireland/Scotland. My
thought was to play Kingsbarns, St. Andrew’s Old Course and Carnoustie in Scotland. Royal Portrush,
Royal County Down and Royal Dublin or the European Golf Links in Ireland with a day off for travel
between both locations. I was hoping for only two to three hotels for the entire trip. But we can
discuss the finer details when we get closer. If you have an itinerary that you have done for a group
that resembles this could you please forward a copy for my records and near future discussions with
the group. We will be getting together for a group dinner with the wives in the next couple of weeks
and I want to wet their appetites to make this a 2011-2012 trip???

Again I greatly appreciate the work put in to make this a spectacular event in our lives.
Look forward to working together again real soon…

Thank you for organising such a fantastic trip. Everyone had a great time and we would happily use your services again.

Please find below a good few comments on each of the courses or suppliers that we used:

BallyLiffin: we were immediately made very welcome by the starter and everyone in the pro shop. We enjoyed two good days at both courses. We very much enjoyed our time at BallyLiffin and it was a great start to the trip.

BallyLiffin lodge: the rooms were good, if not a little warm without air conditioning. Thankfully they had windows that could be opened. A good breakfast and good facilities including the bar and the pool.

Raddison hotel, Sligo: as good as if not slightly better than the BallyLiffin Lodge. We were very comfortable and enjoyed the facilities.

Donegal golf club: a very very good Championships links. A really good test of golf and we had a great time there.

Carne golf club: once again we were made to feel very welcome. What a golf course! Lots and lots of really fun holes. I suspected that it might be the pick of the golf courses, I was proved wrong the next day.

EnnisCrone: wow! The holes through the dunes here are simply awesome, I can't wait to play again.

Castle Dargan: we played eight holes at this resort course on the day off. Once again we were made extremely welcome. Many in the group enjoyed the resort course design, it was a nice rest from battling with the links. It was also in excellent condition.

The Sligo golf course: thankfully the missing reservation had no impact on our day. It was a very calm day, so the course played relatively easy. A good solid course but after Carne and EnnisCrone, it seems a little mundane.

Vaughan's lodge: the best hotel of the tour. It's a shame we only stayed there 8 to 10 hours.

John, the bus driver: very professional, fitted into the group very well. He did a great job.

The open: a fantastic experience from the moment we arrived to until the moment we left. Even the bus and rail connections seemed exceptionally well-organised.

Once again, thank you for your efforts. It was a fantastic trip and everyone had an incredible time. I look forward to doing it business with you again when planning our next trip to Ireland or Scotland,

Dear Mr. Snelling,

We have just returned albeit a day late due to airline issues. We had a wonderful trip. The courses were all fun to play with the European Club and the Island Golf Club being our favorites. I agree with
your recommendation about Druid's Glen as it was one of the prettiest courses I have ever seen.

The transport service was very good. Safe, efficient and reliable. The lodging including the food and service was excellent.

Thank you for a wonderful trip. I look forward to our next trip. I still don't have eight yet but will be
back to you when I do.

Hi John!

Our trip was great. It was like the last time so well organized.

We reached the airport in dublin 2 hours later in cause of troubles with an aeroplane in frankfurt.
Late car hire was ok. Short way to the hotel, friendly check in in a very good hotel. Beautiful
breakfast, nice rooms and a friendly atmosphere

Druids Glen: absolutely amazing! sunny day without wind and one of my best parkland course i´ve
ever played.

County louth: Perfekt start in links course playing, also friendly, we got tokken for the range for free,
sunny and again without wind, fantastic again

The Island: Beautiful again, not so easy like a day before, a bit windy and we drunk to much in the
evening before... but after this nice round we ordered some smithwicks again...

Portmanock old: amazing day, sunny and no wind. we had so much fun and i played level. Beautiful
course, extremely friendly people at the pro shop and in the clubhouse. pictures from the earlier
days, strictly perfect....

We had two trips to Dublin, beautiful city with nice bars and too much beers... Car return also with no troubles.

Thank you again John for your perfect help! Next year again to a trip to scotland...

The best wishes from salzburg,
